Whether you’re applying as a trainee or you already have professional experience, we are pleased that you’re interested in a career at Milengo. To give you a quick overview of the application process, we have created this guide for applicants. We hope it gives you all the relevant information for your decision and are looking forward to your application.
We have put together this set of guidelines to give you an insight into the application process at Milengo. The following information should help you to prepare for an interview at our company.
We believe that our employees are what make us stand out. That’s why we take a lot of time to look over every application. Of course, we also know that your time is precious to you. For that reason, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Prepare for your interview by doing a little research on our company. Take the time to find out more about our underlying concept, culture, values, and departments, as well as our clients and services. Have a look at the profiles of your contacts at the company on LinkedIn. And, most importantly – be sure to put your best foot forward and bring along some questions you would like to know about us and this role.
To get to know each other, you will be invited to a virtual interview by our Human Resources Manager. You will learn about what it’s like to work with us and what drives us as a company. We discuss your prior work experience and personal development relating to the role for which you have applied.
If your profile is a match, you will be invited to a second-round interview where you will have an online meeting with the manager and the team lead from your potential new department. In this interview, we will go deeper into your ability and aptitude for the job. This is a chance to shine a light on your personality, your competencies, and your work history. Tell us your achievements, what you’re passionate about, and what inspires you. Remember that this interview is also an opportunity for you to get to know us better, so make sure to bring along some questions.
For this round, you will meet our CEO for a short 30-minute video interview. The focus of this meeting is to get to know you by asking a few questions about your strengths and values. This is also a good moment for you to check if we are the right fit for you and your career ambitions. Note: This step is only applicable for certain roles.
Keep it business casual, just to be on the safe side.
Use the interview as an opportunity to get to know us better. Gather as much information as possible about our company, our work, our employees, and our values during your visit.
One of your contacts at the company will contact you by e-mail shortly after your interview to let you know how we have decided to proceed with your application.
If you have any further questions or feedback about the application or interview process, please get in touch with our recruitment team at hr@milengo.com.
We will be more than happy to help.

There are two things I love about Milengo: wonderful bunch of people and working here! As typographic nerd, I love to have even columns, using the right font, using good set of ligatures… you name it! And working as a DTP specialist gives that satisfaction, that what we translate will be understood by other people. And don’t forget multimedia! Here the fun just begins
DTP Specialist
I like working in a multicultural and multilingual environment and also enjoy watching the localization industry grow and become creative with introducing new technology.
